TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HOMESTAY PAYMENT PROCEDURE AND REFUND POLICY
1. Complete the Application Form entirety and click to submit it. 2. Deposit your full payment of home-stay fee into our bank account or go to Leeo Home-stay Club to pay in cash personally. 3. Leeo Home-stay Club can not confirm a host family for you without this payment. If apply outside of China, please use Bank Transfer to our account in China. 4. After Leeo receives your payment, we will confirm a host family for you. If you are not happy with your host family after viewing, we can give you another replacement. If you can't get along with the new family, it's your responsibility to make a decision about your accommodation. Your home-stay fee will not be refunded.
Terms and Conditions
I have read all the Leeo materials: Home-stay program information, registration form on the Leeo website. I understand and accept the conditions under which these programs will be conducted, particularly those which apply to the home-stay and program cost. I understand that the Leeo program rate includes administrative expenses and do hereby release Leeo, their agents, employees or representatives from all actions, suits, claims, or liability for damages arising out of my participation in the program. In addition, I understand that I am traveling to China and will be expected to adapt to a different culture and ways of doing things and I realize I should not expect things to be exactly as I imagine them to be in my country. I understand that I am participating in this program at my own risk, that I am sending myself there and that I will consult with the on-site Director upon any problems that may arise during my stay. Also, I realize I am traveling independently, and am responsible for all my actions in China. I am responsible for finding out and obeying the laws of China along with the rules of home-stay, travel warnings, natural disasters, traffic accident, political unrest, and adapting to cultural differences, and Leeo is not responsible for my actions (behavior) while participating in this program. By participating in this program, I understand that I am taking my own risks with regard to traveling and being in China, and shall not hold Leeo, or its agents, employees or representatives liable for any damages or losses arising from my participation in the program.
