Consular Authentication Service
 

Introduction
In line with international practice and Chinese regulation, documents issued by Chinese units/organizations to be used in foreign countries, in general, shall first be authenticated by the Department of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China (hereafter referred to as "the Department") or authorized Foreign Affairs Offices of local governments (FAO), and then be authenticated by the embassies or consulates of the countries in which the documents are to be used. The Department and its authorized FAOs are the competent authorities handling consular authentication affairs in China.

2) Marriage Certificates
3) Diploma/Degree Certificates
4) Divorce Certificates

6) Power of Attorney
7) Police Clearance/Non-Criminal Record

If above-mentioned documents issued in China didn't get notarized at the notary public office, it should be first notarized and translated before consular authentication. We also provide the documents notarization and translation service.

The flow path of Consular Authentication Service
1) Sending notarial documents that need to be authenticated to our Beijing office. Room 113 Building 17. Courtyard 3, Yanjingli Middle Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing, 100026, China.

2) Paying 50% as down payment, Wechat, Alipay, Money Gram, Western Union, Wise Transfer, and Bank Transfer are acceptable.
3) Sending back the authenticated documents to you after balance payment and shipping fee. Our service fee does not include the shipping fee, we use FedEx as our default shipping agency to ship internationally.
