Who is qualified to obtain a Police Clearance Certificate from Qingdao?
Foreigners who have lived in Qingdao for more than 6 months on china residence permit issued in Qingdao is qualified to apply for a non-criminal record certificate from Qingdao.

1. Scanned copy of current passport including photo page, visa pages, residence permit pages and pages with exit-entry stamps.
2. Scanned copy of previous passport including photo page, visa pages, residence permit pages and pages with exit-entry stamps. (If applicable)
3. Scanned copy of temporary residence registration form. The Temporary Residence Registration Form is a certificate of temporary residence issued by local police station or hotel upon your arrival in China within 24 hours. It is a required document for request of Qingdao Police Certificate.
